Please note that no personally identifiable information is collected from visitors to our website who do not wish to register as users to www.icd.net. However, if visitors wish to contact us, send comments, or recommend www.icd.net, the visitor must provide some personally identifiable information such as name and e-mail address. 2.Non-personal identifiable information:

1.Automatic programming
When you register at http://www.icd-ps.org and move from page to page within our website, the information you provide is automatically stored in our electronic files.

2.ICD administers this Site. User acknowledges that all Forums or Discussion Groups are public and not private communications. Further, User acknowledges that chats, postings, conferences, e-mails and other communications by other users are not endorsed by ICD, and such communications shall not be considered reviewed, screened, or approved by ICD. ICD reserves the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Forums received from Users, including without limitation e-mail and bulletin board postings.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions of use will be construed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the Principles of Islamic Shariah. Any action to enforce these terms and conditions shall be brought in London before a three (3) persons arbitration panel under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (the "Rules"), which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The decision of the arbitration panel so constituted shall be final and binding to the parties.

Preservation of Immunities

Nothing herein shall constitute or be considered to be a limitation upon or a waiver of the privileges and immunities of ICD, which are specifically reserved.

General

ICD reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the Site or any Materials in any respect. ICD shall have no obligation to take the needs of any User into consideration in connection therewith.

ICD reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any User access to this Site or any portion thereof without notice.

No waiver by ICD of any provision of these terms and conditions shall be binding except as set forth in writing and signed by its duly authorized representative.
